Niu Japanese Fusion

465 N Park has been moved into. First dinner is at Niu after a jam packed moving day. Anthony started with an old fashion of the East and I did an Osaka Mule.

Staci ordered a tea as she is still fighting a cold. For dinner I ordered the Mango Salmon roll and the Bagel Roll. Staci and I started with ginger green salads. Staci also ordered the rock shrimp dumplings. Anthony ordered the Mellow Yellow and Steamed Pork buns.

Salad was Banging good so first course is impressive. Drinks have been strong and tasty. If they keep rolling at this pace the stars will fall! Sushi was excellent. 3 types of Salmon and each one was excellent. Really liked the bagel sushi!
