Carmine’s on Rush
Went to Carmine’s with the family (Andrea, Mom, Dad, Staci, Anthony, Paolo, and Myself) for a Saturday dinner in July. We ordered two Burrata Towers. It was cheese, prosciutto and fried tomatoes. For dinner everyone ordered a pasta. Two of us had the Rigatoni alla Vodka (excellent), Staci had the homemade noodles Marina (soft but really tomato flavor just ok), Dad had the spaghetti and meatballs and Anthony had a pasta with sausage and garlic and oil. He gave it a “fine but didn’t blow him away”.
Restaurant atmosphere was great, location was awesome but food was just ok.
