Machine Engineered

Had a decent meal at Machine. It’s part flower shop part restaurant part Machine is part restaurant, part cocktail lab, part flower shop—definitely more of a “see and be seen” spot, but with some strong dishes behind the concept.

We went in with reasonable expectations and had a pretty solid meal overall. The vibe is creative and playful—great for a group dinner or a fun night out when you’re looking for something a little different.

The Food

• Smoked salmon dip kicked things off strong—everyone at the table was into it.

• The burger was excellent—juicy, well-seasoned, and honestly better than expected from a place with this much aesthetic going on.

Gluten-Free Note

There was a gluten mix-up with croutons, which unfortunately meant no photos and a bit of a detour from the experience for me. Staff was apologetic, but still a good reminder to double-confirm on dishes that seem safe at first glance.

The Verdict

Machine delivers a fun, stylish experience with some standout bites, though it’s not without a few hiccups. The drinks are inventive, the space is memorable, and most of the food hits the mark.
