The Publican
After 15 months of shelter in place, the G-Life Chicago version is back! We started with dinner at the Publican.
Appetizers were 1/2 order of chauterie and bread. The meat is interesting as it’s really a meat house so instead of your normal Italian options it’s more sausage; meat of unknown and some pickles. The bread was interesting given it came with 2 large loaves and fish dip, pimento spread and butter.
