RPM Steak
Tuesday night Feb 13th was an exceptional dining adventure.
I was at dinner with John and Matt and we decided to create quite the sample of RPM
We started with a pre drink cocktail, John and I had Gin Martinis (funky monkey) and Matt had a Whiskey.
Then the meal started!!! We began with Thick Cut Bacon, Crab Leg and Oysters. I can’t tell you which one was better. They were all incredibly delicious.
For our meal we tried the Waygu strip with a 38 oz Bone in Ribeye. Paired together they were absolutely fantastic as we moved from the Rich Waygu to the stable Bone in. For sides we had Hen of the woods, Japanaese Sweet Potaoes and one other side.
Dessert was warm vanilla donuts along with a carrot cake. Literally a perfect ending to a perfect meal .
