Gene and Georgetti

Saturday night we met my sister, Mark & Sammy and my parents in the city.  We showed off the new digs and then went to dinner at Gene and Georgetti.  

I know its a landmark type restaurant but I think we prefer the more modern style of steakhouse. 

I had the sea bass and it was reasonable in taste but not 5 star delicious.   My dad had a steak along with Andrea.  My mom had a pasta dish she said was delicious.  Mark had the Veal Parma and I think he enjoyed it.

For appetizers we asked the restaurant for 2 Caprese Salads along with the Antipasto Plate.   Again good but not 5 Star good.

I would give it a G Life rating of 3.5 stars.
