Eggs, Inc

This might be Staci’s top breakfast spot near the apartment—maybe even in the whole city. We’ve tried a lot of places, but Eggs, Inc. just nails it. It’s casual, consistent, and the kind of place you keep coming back to.

The Menu

It’s massive. One of the biggest breakfast and lunch menus we’ve seen—pancakes, waffles, omelets, scrambles, sandwiches, salads, smoothies, the works. Everyone can find something here, no matter how picky (or specific) your breakfast order is.

Bonus: They offer gluten-free pancakes and waffles, which is a major win. Not always easy to find, and these actually taste good. That alone makes it a go-to.

The Verdict

If you’re looking for a great breakfast or brunch spot that’s walkable, easy, and packed with options, this is it. Fast service, tons of choices, and gluten-free friendly in a way that doesn’t feel like an afterthought.
